Terms of use

Last updated 18 August 2026

Acceptance

By browsing appvertexhub.digital or corresponding with Appvertexhub about a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are asking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to enquire. A studio seat is formed only when we send a written confirmation and, where fees apply, an invoice — not when you submit a form on this site.

What we offer

Appvertexhub provides educational critique in App Analytics. Fees on this website are informational. We do not operate checkout, card capture, or automated enrolment. Programme descriptions may change; the confirmation email is the contract for dates, tutor, and what is included.

Your materials

Homework and tracking plans remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to review them for teaching. Do not send special category data, live customer exports, or secrets. We may refuse work that appears to contain personal data we did not agree to process.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Signal Atlas method as published here, and seminar slides we issue are owned by Appvertexhub or its licensors. You may keep marked assignments and the letter of completion for internal use. You may not republish seminar recordings, resell seats, or present our marks as your consultancy product.

Acceptable use

You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or use studio sessions to obtain confidential information about other participants. We may remove someone from a live session if they harass others or repeatedly ignore the limitation that we do not provide warehouse engineering.

Liability

Studio teaching is opinion and education. It is not a guarantee of product performance, fundraising outcomes, or vendor results. To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or corrupted analytics implementations. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts where the law allows.
