Refunds

This policy applies when you have paid Appvertexhub for a studio seat, Desk Brief, or Circle Retainer after an invoice. This website does not take payment, so a form submission alone is not a purchase.

Eligibility and timeframe

For a Studio Seat, you may cancel for a full refund up to 14 days after the invoice is paid, provided the first live seminar has not started. After the first seminar, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, typically the unused seminar portion minus work already marked. Desk Briefs are refundable in full if we have not yet returned the letter; after the letter is sent, the fee is earned.

Full versus partial

Full refunds return the programme fee you paid us. Partial refunds subtract completed seminars, returned marks, and any non-refundable items listed below. We will state the arithmetic in writing before we process it.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue deposits we have already paid at your request, travel you booked independently, and vendor licences are not refunded by Appvertexhub. Letters of completion already issued are not “returned” for value.

Process, timing, and method

Email info@appvertexhub.digital with the subject “Refund” and the invoice number. We confirm receipt within two working days. Approved refunds are paid back by the same method as the original invoice where the bank allows, usually within 14 working days of approval. We do not refund in store credit.

Cancellation and exceptions

If we cancel a programme, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that programme, or a transfer to a later seat if you prefer. If you are removed for harassment or serious breach of the terms, no refund is due for unused sessions. Statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom are not affected. If a Desk Brief cannot be delivered because you never send the artefact, we may refund minus a £60 administration amount after 30 days of silence.
